100% use of super rare brand pork "Kuroshou"

We use 100% Kuromasa pork, a super rare brand of pork raised in Yomitan Village, Okinawa Prefecture, for our highly recommended gyoza and dashi shabu-nabe.The Ryukyu sangen pork "Kuroshou" was born from a unique crossbreed based on the Ryukyu native breed Agu.Less than 100 cows are produced each year.It is a very rare pork that is not sold in the market.
